Roxanne Breon is an
award winning singer/songwriter. Her self penned tune, “The Sun’s
Always Shinin’”, won second place in the CMA sanctioned international
song writing contest held at Fanfest ‘95 in Los Angeles. Her debut
album of the same name, on AARON Records, contains 11 of her
self-penned tunes and is said by many in the music industry to be one
of the best collections of original songs they’ve ever heard on one
album.
Roxanne is a four time True Value Country Showdown Talent Contest Winner. She is the recipient of a citation from the Pennsylvania house of Representatives for her, “Magnificent artistry, which will continue to touch the lives of others and entertain countless fans worldwide for years to come”. Roxanne enjoys living a wonderful success story in the many facets of her life, from high school beauty queen, to mother, to engineer, to singer/songwriter, to Nashville recording artist. Her success in the entertainment business lies in her genuine, loving spirit in her relationships with people, her smooth as silk voice, her beautiful warm smile and bright blue eyes. In 1999, Roxanne garnered two Airplay International King Eagle Awards, the Artistic Trailblazer Award and Artist Career Achievement Award. Her single, “The Sun’s Always Shinin’” went to #7 in the Top 50 Independent Chart. She also received extensive airplay around the world. She is in constant demand for appearances at fairs, festivals, casinos and corporate events. She has shared the stage with many well known stars such as Bryan White, Sammy Kershaw, Jeff Carson, Kitty Wells, Doug Stone and Ronnie McDowell, to mention just a few. Roxanne’s high energy, crowd pleasing show, with her fully self-contained band, captivates any audience with a unique style and a repertoire that includes Roxanne’s originals, traditional and Top 40 Country, Classic Rock and Gospel tunes. |
